It has been a pleasure to host for the last 2 days our colleagues and students from Tartu Vocational College. We are very happy with our students from Telecommunications and IT systems because they got involved in all the activities even after their class hours. We are also very grateful to EITB for the welcome they gave to us.

Last week we had the pleasure to share experiences with some colleagues and students from Thessaloniki, Greece. Our students from Administration and Finance put into practice their communication skills in English during the visit to the facilities and while introducing them our fields of studies.

Tartanga students are already abroad ready to start their internship for the following 3 months. They are spread out in different European countries: Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Malta, Bulgary, Hungary.
“Mugidu, Ikasi, bizi” was the slogan of the kick off event organized in Durango by the Basque Government to gather all the participants before they left.

Three colleagues from our school are these days in the beatiful city of Mechelen, Belgium. There, they will write a KA2 project with the support given by Tknika organization within the Project Development Meeting and they will have the opportunity to meet their partners.

Staff mobility is another action Erasmus+ programme promotes. Thanks to it two teachers from IT and Administrative areas visited Aalborg, north of Denmark, in October. They learnt about AI in vocational training, getting to know new tools that could be interesting to implement in their lessons and useful to prepare them. It was also a good opportuny to meet colleagues from different European countries and discuss methodolgies and good practices.

With this blog, we aim to raise awareness of the opportunities that the Erasmus+ program offers and show all the experiences lived in our school thanks to it. To start, we share here a video we prepared for the Erasmus+ days, which captures our students’ adventures last year. They spent 3 months in different countries of Europe doing an internship in a company related to their area of studies but they also had time to have fun.
